Preventative Maintenance & Service Contracts
We recomend all customers have their Intruder alarms regularly maintained by our qualified engineers.
Having a maintenance contract will ensure that your Burglar Alarm system is serviced and tested regularly and
can often pre-empt potential system faults or issues that would usually require a 24 Hour emergency callout that
could lead to expensive repair charges to repair the system.

Conditions
Subject to our standard terms & conditions, 24Hr Emergency callout service will be provided to all customers
Depending on your fault, You may still be charged a callout fee for an engineer to attend your premises.
Our callout charges start from £60.00 + Vat. We may increase this charge based on your geographical location.
Subject to our standard terms & conditions, You will not be charged for any engineer labour charges incurred
for any remedial repair work carried out on your Intruder alarm system, however you will still be charged for
all parts and materials required to carry out the repairs at trade cost.
This service is only avalable for Intruder Alarm Systems with active remote access services enabled.
Often refered to as Remote Upload/Download (UDL) or Remore Service Suite (RSS), This allows us to remotely
connect into your alarm system and allows our engineers to carry out remote Service, Diagnose and fix problems
without the need to send an engineer to site.
All systems are subject to an initial inspection by our engineers before entering into a contract. Preventative Maintenance Contracts start from £60.00 + Vat for all domestic intruder alarm systems up to 16 zones. All commercial Intruder Alarm Systems may be subject to additional charges, Full details are available on request.
